My battery drains when my samsung galaxy note 2 is turned off please help

It's possible that you have a bad battery.
Take it out of your phone and put it on a flat surface. If it has a bulge in the middle, it will spin freely, and you need to get it replaced.

You can get them pretty cheap online.
