Galaxy Note 2 - Phone is making noise when disconnecting from internet ... GRR!

My phone used to never make noises during the night even when it was on audio. But now it makes the same noise it makes when I get a text message, just because it's disconnecting and reconnecting from the internet. How do I stop that without setting my phone to vibrate 100% of the time?

I looked all over the web and have found no solution. Does anyone know how to get it to stop notifying me via vibration/sound that it isn't connected to the internet?
