Today, for the first time, BN LLC BNTV600 showed up among my devices on Google Play. How could that happen and what does it mean?

I googled it and it apparently seems like a Barnes and Noble Nook HD+

You're absolutely correct. I completely forgot that, at one point, I associated my wife's Nook with my Gmail address. And I wondered why NSA had to break into my account. Now they'll break into my account, just for mentioning them.
