Galaxy Note 3 stuck on 'recovering'

[Android Central Question]

My note 3 recently fell and when I switched it on it was stuck on the samsung logo for hours. I tried to use Dr. Fone''s android recovery tool to extract my data but the recovery stopped at 90% and ever since my phone is stuck on a screen that shows the android logo and Recovering. Whenever I reboot it goes back to the same screen.
