So today I went in store and upgraded to the note 3. I've had a death grip on my unlimited data, refusing to upgrade until I fell in love with the note.
So after upgrading I got a notice from Verizon that I was 6 gigs over my 2 gig allotment, being it was still reading the data I was using while I had unlimited. I called support and politely explained the situation and how I didn't want to get charged overages by accident.
The woman on the phone apologized to me, said sorry for the confusion and put my unlimited data back on the plan. Stunned, I double checked by reminding her I just upgraded, losing my unlimited and she said sorry again for the store 'messing up my plan' and she put my plan back to my grandfathered one.
I'm not gonna be upgrading through a contract for a looooong time haha.
