Galaxy Note 3 USB 3.0 problem

I have done everything I can think of to get this to work. My Galaxy Note 3 used to be able to transfer using 3.0 but now when I connect it to the computer the Media Device (USB 3.0) is grayed out. I have re-installed all USB drivers I could find including Asrock Z77 Extreme4. I Downloaded the Samsung Mobile USB drivers aswell as through the Kies 3 program. Problem exists on gf's phone and mine. I can transfer stuff through 2.0 but not 3.0 and yes i am connected (using factory USB cord) to a USB 3.0 port. All it will do is charge through the 3.0. When i am in a USB 3.0 port it'll only transfer at 2.0 speeds. I plugged in a USB 3.0 thumb drive and it transfers at 3.0 speeds.

Check the in plug at the bottom mine where bent down now it charges fasttttt
