Galaxy Note 4 Camera Problem!

when i open my camera, every thing is reverted but in the normal place and when i take a picture in both back and front cameras the photo is upside down, and when i use instagram , the photo i take is upside down too. But in snapchat it's normal. What is the problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Is this when holding the phone in portrait or landscape? Is Auto-Rotate turned on? Does this persist in Safe Mode?
