Galaxy Note 4 - Custom Settings Widget?

Hello,

I have extremely poor vision and wear both glasses and contact lenses. When wearing my glasses and need to read I simply look down under my lenses and read with my phone very close to my face or just take my glasses off to read but when I have my contacts on I need magnification gestures enabled (triple tap magnifies in so I can read, accessibility setting). Since the Note 4 is so large I also like to use the screen sizing feature (swipe in from right to left quickly reduces the size of the screen making it easy to use my thumb to click on an app, etc.) but this option cannot be enabled simultaneously with magnification gestures on the Note 4. So when I'm wearing contact lenses I would like to be able to quickly change this setting with a set of customized home screen widgets that would take me directly to the two individual settings. I found an article describing this very thing (How to Add Settings Shortcut Widgets to the Home Screen in Android) but it was for an Android tablet and the widget customization described in it does not seem to be available for the Note 4. Is this available in a pay app that anyone knows about? Any help on this extremely annoying situation would be very much appreciated.

Thank you.
