I bought a commuter case for my note but the sent me the defender instead. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper. The question is for anybody who has experience with both cases. Is there a big difference in size between both cases? Although I'm not happy, I'll keep the case if there's not a huge difference. I don't want to go through having to mail it back to the seller and have to wait more.

I guess the comparison doesn't matter now. The seller has already sent out the right case.

The Commuter is quite a bit smaller then the Defender.
The Defender is also a good case if you not OCD like myself and find that the hard plastic shell wears down the painted sides of the Note 4. Did you buy the case off of eBay?

Here's a couple comparison pictures for you (Commuter on left, Defender on right).

Yes I got it off eBay. I was really frustrated because it took me twenty minutes to figure out how to open that dang defender case. 😂😂

After accidentally bouncing my Note 3 off the wooden coping around the bottom of my wall, I trust the Defender. It didn't even scuff the wall.

Yes, there is a significant difference. You probably need to go ahead and send it back. They are much bulkier.

I'm sending it back. The seller sent out the right case the same day I contacted them about the mistake. I was nervous because you never know how the sellers will act. That's another reason I would have just kept it, but they were cool.
