Galaxy Note 5 does not have a conference call feature?

Galaxy note 5 does not have a conference call feature?

When I use the conference call feature, the other person on the other line that goes on hold because I am adding another call gets cut off. Seems like I hung up that person which I did not. Normally when adding a call to conduct a conference call, menu comes up to either swap or merge. None of those comes up. Is this some type of glitch? It has happen numerous times!

What about ending one of the calls? Why I can do it? My other note (older version ) had that not the newest version of note!
