Galaxy Note 8

When my phone rings I can't answer it by touching the green phone. I can't reject calls by touching on the red phone.
I used to be able to do this and now all of a sudden I can't.
HELP!

Have you tried swiping?

I say that as someone unfamiliar with Samsungs, so it may be wrong.
