Hey Everyone!

I've only had my GN2 for about 3 or 4 days now and every day there has been a loading glitch on the "favorite apps" screens. It's completely random and stops after a while. Basically all of the app icons on the page display a white loading icon and they will also switch. I can't click on any of the apps on that screen when it happens. The rest of the phone is fully functional, however. I uploaded a screenshot of it. I don't really know what makes it happen. But when it does it's pretty annoying. This is my first andriod phone and i am unsure if this is a common thing or not. Any ideas? Thanks for the help!

Phone: Galaxy Note II
Carrier: Sprint
Homescreen Mode: Easy Mode

I use that app, and that has never happened lol. Reboot with leaving the device off for 5?

Yea, I mean a reboot works but I shouldn't have to deal with that glitch regardless, right? I mean, there's obviously something wrong.

Go to settings/application manager. Find the app and clear data. Sometimes this helps.

How do you get to favorites apps? I I know I seen it before but forgot.

Note 2, it's true, ,size is everything!

I don't know exactly what you mean but if it continues take it in to see what they say. My solution since you just got phone is to hard reset. Good luck. If you could show us in a video when it happens that may get you the answer you want.
