when I switch on the phone It is showing in the screen "Samsung Galazy Note II Gt-N7100" but it is not starting the Phone. it stand still there. pls help me to fix the problem

Welcome to Android Central! This usually means that there's a problem with the firmware or the hardware. Can you boot into Recovery and wipe the cache partition? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11018
