Galaxy Precedent: Need Assistance

My phone is not working I've tried the system recovery but the phone does not go to the main screen.



Android system recovery

Samsung Recovery Utils
- for BML -

reboot system now
apply sdcade:update.zip
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition

then there is a picture of a droid with a caution sign and it says manual mode

Welcome to the forums.
Try doing a factory reset, then click reboot system now.

Can't get to the Menu screen, What can I do
The phone turns on but doesn't get past the blue screen??????????
