Hey all I have the S3 with AT&T. Worked fine since I got it but recently having freezing up and crashes.

Didn't install any new apps or anything so I'm puzzled.

Any suggestions? Don't feel like exchanging it yet if there's still something I can do.

Anyone else have this problem?

No problems here............On Verizon. I do the following on my phones about once a month as basic maintenance.

1. Remove battery to......clear any glitches left in memory.
2. Wipe phone cache
3. Clear cache on all Apps.
4. Clear Memory: RAM

How do you do #2 and do you go 1 app at a time for #3 or is there a method where you can clear all apps cache at once somewhere?? If you do 1 app at a time for #3, that pretty ridiculous if you ask me, lol, sorry to say! I can't see anyone with a ton of apps doing that for a prolonged period of time.

#2: Power phone off>Hold volume up + Home + Power> Wipe Cache Partition>Reboot.
#3: App Cache Cleaner Pro

I am a S III user in India and facing the same problem.
Have performed step 1 and step 2 with manual cleaning of RAM.
Will keep you posted on the success of the process.

That is the problem. It was nowhere near the cap.
