I haven't seen anyone with this issue but last week my battery died - went to zero then turned off. So I plugged the wall charger in and it would not charge at all. It was on the charger for over an hour. I googled and saw some people with this same issue and they suggested using wireless charging or charge via PC for a low voltage charge. Nothing worked. Tmobile insurance wouldn't accept it because it was considered a manufacturing defect. I ended up sending it to Samsung since it's still under warranty. I don't usually let my phone go to zero but in some cases, it just happens. I pre-ordered the phone through Samsung when it went live. Maybe I just had a defected phone. I didn't expect this at all. So just a heads up - don't let your phone go completely to zero or this could happen to you. I never knew this could happen and now I'm using a temp phone which is so slow. I miss my S10 :'(
