Go to settings. Wallpaper.pick a new photo or the same photo but STILL.

Re: Galaxy s10 plus

Reboot in safe mode and it will probably stop.
Then you will just need to determine which 3rd party app that you have installed is causing it.

Re: Galaxy s10 plus

This is another example of it, even after I'm disabled it it's still coming back

Re: Galaxy s10 plus

I don't have anything like that, I looked everywhere!
It looks something like it's a part of the phone or android

Re: Galaxy s10 plus

Boot in safe mode, the pop ups will stop. To boot in safe mode:
  1. Press and hold the power button until the 3 buttons appear on screen.
  2. Hold down the "Power Off" button and it will change to "Safe mode"
  3. Click the "Safe mode" button to restart in safe mode.

Once you have confirmed that, you will need to start removing 3rd party apps. Sometimes these are caused by games or disk utilities or something else that would seem innocent.

Re: Galaxy s10 plus

Definitely a 3rd party app. Most times it's a free app that makes you pay to get rid of the pop ups.

Re: Galaxy s10 plus

I see that you have a bunch of games installed that aren't immediately recognizable -- any of those could have come with this little "feature" (which presumably also shows ads from time to time, or possibly sends your data to a server in another country). Try uninstalling some of those games.

Definitely a downloaded app. Another way to do it is to wait until it pops up again. Then hit the menu button on your home screen to bring up recent apps. The first app that is showing is probably the culprit. I guess that still works.
