Galaxy S20+ uploads blurry videos to IG Story?

I was actually having this problem lately on my s9+ as well. I am not talking about a slight degradation, it's like it goes from 1080 to 420. I have tried different formats, ratios, Wi-Fi, Network, app date limit off, etc. I also shoot form my native camera app and not the IG app as I know about that problem as well. Any tips? Thanks.

Sending them from my Gallery on my phone to IG stories. I know the IG camera sucks for Samsungs but it looks like now they are degrading the uploads form camera roll too.

You try clearing Data, cache, force stop Instagram and gallery apps ? See any glitch in either one

Yes when I first got my s20 I swear I had 70 dms from ppl saying wow you're phone is so clear it's 5 crazy... Now it's looks like 720 smh

You tried any steps , maybe a update to IG causing this if was ok before.
