Galaxy S24 Ultra- cannot scroll on certain web pages

Hi ! Just registered. This is my first post.

I've been struggling to properly navigate a web page on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Almost all web pages will load and allow me to scroll.
I use Mozilla Firefox on the phone.

However, I am encouraged by my employer to submit my timecards using the paymaster's mobile portal. Fine and dandy. I can smoothly access it on my home Mac or my iPad.
However, I can access and sign in- but can NOT scroll down on any of the pages.
I guessed it was a quirk of their software, even their mobile app fails in this regard.

A short while ago, I bought a bus ticket. Was emailed my confirmation and was offered the click button to View My Pass. It loaded the pass page, but once again I can NOT scroll down far enough to view - and tomorrow, show the driver- my QR Code bus pass.

Clearly this isn't an issue with that paymaster's mobile or regular website.

I do love this phone, but am continuously coming up against a much-bemoaned issue with this device. With all of the newest releases from Samsung: The new deep-layered menus just bring me to my knees. They're not very intuitive.

And so, I come to this community to find some guidance. Where might I find the sub-sub-sub-sub menus that allow me to permit scrolling on all pages?

My Android OS is up to date, as is my browser on the phone.

Welcome to Android Central! Can you test that site on Chrome or Samsung Internet? If it works there, then the problem probably has to do with Firefox's browser engine. You should send feedback both to the webmasters for those sites as well as the browser developers.

Are you using any VPN or ad-block on Firefox? If so, have tried disabling those?

You can always try opening as a desktop site. When you are on the page click on the 3 dots and turn on desktop site. I use Firefox and use that for sites that don't load correctly on mobile.

Did you also try increasing the 'Touch sensitivity' ? . . . under: Settings > Display > Touch sensitivity
