Galaxy S24 Ultra

Just my fub design. Everything on my list below is possible, with many being rumored to be in the S23 Ultra before it was introduced. It would be awesome if all the below specs are part of the S24 Ultra.

Features for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

• Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
• “Gen4 optics design” with a wider 2.5-2.9 aperture and 150x zoom
• Iridium Qualcomm satellite communication
• Wi-Fi 7
• Bluetooth 5.4, including Bluetooth LE Audio
• Qualcomm® 3D Sonic Max Ultrasonic In-Display Fingerprint Sensor

The good news is that I would like to add Qi2 wireless charging to the list. Liked every other feature above, it should be ready and generally-available by the time the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is released next year.

The bad news is that I am now hearing that the S24 Ultra will include NONE of the above except for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. If that is true, what a LAME PHONE that will be. Seriously, if the only real thing upgraded with the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra upgraded is the processor, will you seriously consider upgrading?

Although a processor upgrade may not appear impressive on its own, it's worth considering that the final product could include other enhancements. Whether or not to upgrade depends on specific needs and preferences. It's important to remember that technology constantly advances, so there might be more exciting options in the future that meet our expectations better.

I have the S23 ultra and have only had it for a few months. The only way I would consider the 24 ultra is if it has a flat screen and a considerable size bump in the battery. It seems that companies are content with sticking with 5000mah as the highest. I'd like to see at least 5300-5400 in the ultra. But unfortunately I don't think we'll see that happening in the next few years as they are more concerned with charging speeds than battery capacity.

I couldn't care less about titanium in the build.

I've never been happier than I am with my S23 ultra 512gb. Plenty of power and space. The reason I bought the 512gb is so I can keep it for longer than 1-2 years and because I liked the red color from Samsung. I've never had any issues with lagging or overheating like I did with the Pixel 7 pro. There's really nothing I would change about this phone other than what I already stated about what would make me consider the 24 ultra. +300-400mah and flat screen. Maybe if they rounded off the corners more. But then again the boxier design makes it less likely to slip out of my hands.
