Galaxy S3 Battery Drain

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 two days ago and that battery has, to be honest, sucked! I take it off the charger in the morning at 100% charge and by 1:00 in the afternoon it has reached 10% or lower. I have power saving mode on, mobile data off, wifi on, bluetooth off and very little applications running in the background. Please help!!
