Galaxy S3 email issues

This is my second SIII in less than 3 weeks. both phones keep bringing in old emails that I have deleted from several days ago and several weeks. When it does this, it also deletes some of the emails that I have not deleted. This occurs randomly but no more than once a day. Both phones have done exactly the same thing. I get my work through email so this is serious. It is a shame because I love everything else about the phone. I have gone through tech support both with my carrier and Samsung. Anyone having this problem or know a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kathy

I'm sorry, I have never experienced anything like that. Sounds like a big problem though, since, like you said, you get work email on the phone.

Try looking for your issue in the SIII forums. If you can't find it, try posting in the SIII forums, or the General Help and How To forums, and, you are more likely to get help.
