galaxy s3 freezed... dead

so my phone freezed i restarted and first on screen was like small green lines now if i turn on it is white screen like snow. only menu shows correct is when i press down + home + power that menu shows there just up or down if i press down it just turns on same menu and if press down again it do nothing... yes i know need bring to fix but maybe possible somehow bring him to life myself?

thanks but up + home + power not turns that menu only white screen like snow. but down + home + power brings menu that shows correctly... just it not helps. i will bring phone to fix just hope it not loose aps i have and other personal stuff i did...
