Galaxy S3 full bars but no texts or calls--only when at home on wifi
Recently my AT&T Galaxy S3 started giving me "Emergency Calls Only" message when I am at home, though it shows full bars. It also will not send texts and only receives them randomly when I am home, as if it is occasionally making contact with the AT&T network and then losing the signal. If I try to send a text, it gives me an error, "No network connection. No signal found for mobile networks." The Wi-Fi features (internet) work, though. Also, when I leave home and am using data instead of my Wi-Fi signal, everything works--calls, texts, and internet. Recently I found that if I am using Wi-Fi other than my own at home, all the phone's features also worked. For what it is worth, we never got good AT&T network coverage in our house, so we have an AT&T microcell, but the phone isn't picking that up!
