Galaxy S3 I9300 : I have flashed my phone with the wrong Firmware

I ahve flashed my phone with the wrong Firmware. I think it's called soft block Odim won't repartition the phone and could someone please help. As I can't take it back to the shop like this. So could you please provide a link for the Firmware of Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-19300 and tell me how to do it as I can only get to a blue screen and it's a welcome screen inviting you to choose language and so on but when I hit next nothing happens!!!

FWIW, in the future I would be very careful. Flashing the wrong device firmware is usually a guaranteed hard brick, usually due to the radio/modem firmware causing the brick.

I just got my phone back today and they couldn't have checked it as the counter is still the same. But what I want to know now is how do you enable the visual help tool when you go into contacts e.g. swipe right to call left to message?
