Galaxy S3 I9300 Shortcuts on Lock Screen Problem after update to 4.3

Hi,

I cant find where is the menu to change my shortcuts on the Lock Screen on my GS3 after the update to android 4.3

There is no Shortcuts tab in my Lock Screen settings menu



And there is no Lock Screen option in my Security tab as it was before the update.

Amy ideas how I can change them?!
