Galaxy s3 Kies Wifi

HI guys,
I have a Samsung Galaxy s3 , Verizon. I cannot connect to the laptop via Kies Wifi. The mobile phone cannot find any Laptop ?
Do you know ho to transfer files with the laptop by WIFI ??

I tried working with KIES both WiFi and USB. Never had any luck, it couldn't see my phone. It could be that I'm using Windows 8. What desktop OS are you using?
