How can galaxy s3 mini get kikat when the original galaxy s3(has more RAM than s3 mini and a powerful processor as well) can't get it??
Both run the same touchwiz...
and both were released almost at the same time..

That's a great question, and also serves as your answer - Samsung is unlikely to update the Minis.
