Hello everyone I'm going to make a purchase of a stereo microphone once I find out that it'll work on the S3. It's an Olympus ME-51S stereo Microphone that Amazon has for sale . The jack is a 3.5mm and should fit. I'd love to attach this mic to the S3 so I can record the concert I'm going to in a couple of weeks. I really could use help now as the show is on the 17th so send emails or I'll be looking for my answer here. Thanks lots

EDIT oops sorry, i just re-read... hmm i dont know mate, the jack would have to be wired the right way for it to work. has the jack got four poles (metal bits)?
even then it might not work. all you can do is mail the manufacturer or do some serious research on how the s3 is wired....
actualy the s3 records from the inbuilt mic so my gut instinct is it wont work. hope someone can correct me....?
i think it would have to be micro usb to have a chance of working
