Galaxy S3 Mini Issue - Apps will NOT download or update

[AC Question]

Hi all,

I've had this phone for all of a week now and it has started off ok, however after downloading a few games it suddenly has stopped allowing me to download any games whatsoever or update the ones that I do have.

Once you press download or update all it will do is sit there saying "downloading" but will not do anything.

I'm using wifi not mobile data so I'm unsure why this is happening.

Does anyone know of any fixes for this as I've tried clearing the play store cache, removing my account and re adding it, even opened up a new account, I've done a factory reset, ive formatted my SD card incase it was faulty.....Im all out of options.

Is there plenty of space (internal or SD) to download?

There is plenty of space on both Internal and External memory.

I did just do a hard reset and before installing the Samsung update everything seems to be fine. But after installing it, it fails epically.

I have the exact same problem, though it does eventually start a download after a few attempts and retries, i believe there is a problem in the update as all my downloads started immediately before i installed the update
