Galaxy s3 mini Volume low

The volume is not audible when driving at speed, the road noise drowns it out ...

I cant hear the music or the navigation directions clearly ...

Is there an App that I can control the sound better than it is now ...

I have ordered an FM Transmitter so I can turn the volume up through my radio speakers ...

But I should not have to do this ...

Update

Downloaded ... Volume + ... from the Play Store (?1.35) ...

Now have as much volume as I could possibly need ...
