Galaxy S3: Photo Download Notification

Just had an update to my phone. I downloaded 4 pics and I keep getting a notification that the same pics have been "download complete" I get the notification over amd over and over and over throughout the day. Why does that happen?

Try going to Settings>Apps>All​, select Download Manager, and clear the cache.

That didn't work but i think clear data did. Thanks!
