Galaxy s3 reboots very freqquently plz HELP

After installing custom rom and Go Launcher, my S3 keep rebooting after 15 to 20 minutes. I got replaced EMMC chip but after that all were ok but now its giving errors restarting.. I have Sane chip...
anybody plz help me out..
