Galaxy S3 - Restricted number going straight to VM despite

me UNchecking that option in the dialier menu. Two of my husband's doctors numbers come up either as 'restricted' or as 000-000-0000. My phone doesn't even ring. I need to receive these calls. I double and triple looked at that option is unchecked. Thoughts?

I'm not sure what 'checkbox' you're referring to. Are you saying that you have 'Auto reject mode' (in the Phone app -> Menu button -> Call settings -> Call restriction) turned off?

Thank you but it wasn't that at all. It was a setting in my visual voicemail app.
