Galaxy S3 will not charge fully

Whenever I plug my Galaxy S3 to charge, it does it but very slowly. Then it will only charge up to 91% and after that it starts loosing battery so I can never fully charge it. I already changed the battery because it was draining the old one way too fast, but now it won't charge up to 100%. Any suggestions?

More than likely it's software related. If u have ur warranty just take it to ur carrier and see what they say

Along with all of the other threads for similar issues the place to start is with a different charger AND cable.
