Galaxy S3 Won't Charge

Just recently my US Cellular Samsung Galaxy S3 wont charge.... It's not the charger i bought a new one and it wouldn't charge. I left it on the charger for 9 hours and only charged 10%.
Could it be my phone or the battery?

Welcome to the forums.
The first thing I would try is the battery. See if you can borrow someone's and test it. If it takes a charge, then yes, it's the battery.
