Galaxy S4 Accuweather Widget

Hi guys,

I have the Accuweather widget on my Galaxy S4 that came pre-installed.

I cant get it to auto update, so I contacted them and they told me to uninstall it and re install it.

Trouble is, I cant find any instructions on how to uninstall it.

Do any of you guys know how to? The normal way to uninstall a widget doesn't work as it came pre installed.

If not, do you know how to fix the widget? I have tried the battery pull and deleting the location and manually installing it, but both do not seem to work.

Go to Settings -More tab -Application Manager -swipe to the All tab -scroll down to Weather Widget, Clear Data and Cache, then set the widget again.
