Galaxy S4 Charger/Cable Not Working - Help!

Hi all,

I have had my S4 for about 3 months and when I insert my charger cable into my phone, nothing happens. The same goes when just connecting the cable to my PC to back up pics etc - nothing happens.
I took my phone to the retailer (Three) who said I need to contact Samsung as they can not provide me with a new charger/cable.
Does anyone have the best number to call to get a new one as mine is obviously faulty??

Mine did this after like 3 weeks of owning the s4. If they can replace it please let me know as I want the OEM cable back again.
