Galaxy S4 - different notifications for calendar, e-mail and texts?

hello all,
I also have it set up to notify me when I receive an e-mail. I also have it set up to notify me when something on my calendar is approaching (I get an event notification). My question is, how can I use different notifications for my calendar and my e-mail? I'd like to use different notifications when it's an e-mail versus a notification of an event on my calendar, so I know (when I hear it) what the notification is.... but it seems my phone wants to use the same notification.
any assistance would be appreciated.

on a side note, I get to use a different notification for my texts, so it's just the two above that I'd like to change up.

Welcome to Android Central! Check the menus of each individual app to look for their notification settings. You should be able to set specific notification tones for each app.
