Galaxy S4 dropped, how can I get my pictures from this damaged phone?

galaxy s4 dropped

my galaxy s4 was dropped down in A little water , after that i try to use it but the screen is black , it only show me a little green light when i switch the phone on , the button under screen is work and the phone is work , but as i said the screen is black and i can't use the phone

can any one please help me how can I take all my picture from the phone and which part is damaged to buy a replaced

Best tip for water damage to your phone is to immediately turn it off and put it into a bag of rice (uncooked, obviously) as it does a good job of absorbing the water.

If you tried to use it immediately after it took the plunge, you may have done some damage to your phone's inner workings. Get it into rice asap and check it in a day or so.
 
As pointed out, you did the wrong thing by not letting the phone dry out. If it fell in sea water, the contaminants will destroy the circuitry. What needs replacing? Cannot say without examining the device but it is likely you have fried the motherboard. As for recovering data, there is little chance unless you want to pay a lot of money.
