Galaxy S4 (GS4) has NO sound when connected to Car Blutooth??

I have a very strange annoying problem here. I have the Galaxy S4. This phone (GS4) successfully connects to my Car Bluetooth and I am able to make and receive calls via the Car Bluetooth with NO issues. However, as long as am connected to the Car Bluetooth ALL VIDEOS HAVE NO SOUND...the videos are completely silent, and when I turn the Bluetooth OFF, the sound problem goes away and now I can listen to Videos without any issues, what in the world is this? I need some help before I smash this phone on the concrete...NB: My car is 2013 Hyundai Elantra.
