Galaxy S4 Help!

I just switched from iphone to the galaxy s4. While attempting to download and having some difficulties, it appears I force stopped and uninstalled all downloads. I cannot download message attachments, cannot open my play store, and cannot download anything at all. How can I correct this? Please help!
