Galaxy S4 help

Hello everyone I have a question...so a couple of months ago I rooted my S4 (verzion sch-I545) and Ive done nothing else with it. I never installed any custom Roms or anything of that nature. I just got an update on my phone for my stock verizon rom (which I am currently running 4.3) and I was wondering, if i install this new update, will it void and trip KNOX and/or brick my phone? Much obliged

if u rooted your phone the update wont work.
