galaxy s4 on metropcs plan

i am haveing trouble with my samsung galaxy s4. i bought it at metro pcs and when at home i am on at&t networks i do not get access to data but i can make calls on there network what do i do so i can get internet access on it??? i have change apn to match at&t but it does not work cause it deletes it even in developer mode. PLEASE HELP

Its metro. I had a tmobile galaxy s3 on metro and i kept losing my data. I dumped metro and went back to cricket and have no problems with my cricket Galaxy S4.
