Galaxy S4: Security Policy Updates

I can't find my answer so can someone please help? I'm getting this security policy update in my notification and it wants me to accept or decline. It's not my Lookout Security and must be with Samsung but I'm not sure if it's something I want or need. Can anyone help with this? Thanks!

It should be the Samsung Knox security update, anything that keeps your phone more secure is a good thing!

I also use Lookout, so you should be fine.

Look at your app permissions for that, they are really really scary, im seeing if I can uninstall it

I am pretty sure that it is the security app that is installed in ur phone when u get it,
