Galaxy S4 sprint alarm clock

My alarm clock is intermittent. I spoke to Samsung and we cleared cache and it worked. It's happening again where it does not sound. My sound is up to max. Is this just another sprint fault or a Samsung fault. Anyone? Is there a solution or should I just download a non root clock

It sounds like an issue with the clock/alarm application. I would suggest clearing cache again. If you don't want to continue doing that install a third-party application from the Play Store.
