galaxy s4 stolen

Hello im new here ,my wifes s4 was stolen yesterday .verizon locked down phone or whatever and we got replacement today.my question is can we retrieve any pictures and videos that were not backed up to g+
or are they lost forever.

I'm afraid it will lost forever... unless the phone is found and haven't wiped by the thief.

Welcome to the forums.
I am inclined to agree. Unless you can get the actual device back, there is no way to get them.

I agree. Always remember to back up pictures no matter what app your using...I have all pics sync'd to dropbox and I refuse to lose anymore pictures.

If you had lookout or Google device manager active you could track the phone and find it.

If you took the pictures with the S4 it automatically puts them in Google + if you logged into your Google account. Go to Google + app on your phone and check to see if your pictures are there. If not try syncing your accounts and look again. Good Luck!
