Hello,
I wanted to reset my phone through the settings-> accounts-> backup restore ->restore factory settings however it was stuck on "unmountingphone memory" so I read online and some people recommend holding the volume Up + Power +Home for 10seconds and you'll be in the recovery menu when I can reset to factory settings. Unfortunately right now I'm stuck in a dark screen that says.

Select Boot Menu:
[VOLUME_UP to select. VOLUME_Down is OK. ]

[Recovery Mode]
[Fastboot mode]
[Normal boot] With and arrow that i can move up and down with my home button.

I can't seem to select anything, with the volume up or down.
I don't understand...

Thanks in advance.

You posted this in the Droid Bionic specific section, so it's not likely you'll get much help here. You should try again in the S4 or general help sections if you haven't already.
