Galaxy S4 switches ringer settings

My GS4 switches from vibrate to loud with out me doing anything and occasionally to silent. It doesn't happen all the time but it is annoying when it does

Mine behaves that way too... been missing calls lately. Usually goes from vibrate to silent...
