There are NUMEROUS other threads with pros/cons, and problems associated with it. I suggest you search, before you post. Hence why you haven't got a reply as of yet.

I would say 4.3 is much better than 4.2.2 but its subjective.
Best thing is to try it yourself. If not as expected, you can flash previous ROM...
